Terms of sale
DRAFT — to be reviewed by a lawyer before going live. This text was written from what the product actually does, but it has not been checked by a legal professional. The bracketed fields are facts only the publisher can supply.

2. What is sold: credits
Frank does not sell a number of ads per month but CREDITS, spent per action. One delivered ad costs 25 credits. The same film recut for another format costs 10 credits. Reading a site and correcting what Frank understood of it cost nothing. The cost is printed on the button that spends it, before the click, and every credit movement on your account is listed in your settings.
3. Prices and plans
Prices are shown in euros. TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI (French VAT franchise): the price shown is the price paid, no VAT is added. Starter: 100 credits a month (about 4 ads), 29 € per month or 276 € per year. Pro: 300 credits a month (about 12 ads), 79 € per month or 756 € per year. The yearly offer is billed once for twelve months and grants the same monthly credits.
4. One-off pack
Without a subscription, you can buy 25 credits for 15 € as a single payment — one ad. These credits do not expire and remain yours even if you never subscribe. If you also hold a subscription, subscription credits are spent first and pack credits afterwards.
5. Term, renewal and credit roll-over
A subscription runs for the period paid for and renews automatically for an identical term unless cancelled. At each renewal your subscription balance is reset to that month's allowance: unused SUBSCRIPTION credits do NOT roll over from one month to the next. Credits bought as a pack are unaffected and never expire.
6. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Frank never sees or stores your card number. An invoice for every payment is available in the billing portal, reachable from your settings.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, in three clicks: the “Cancel my subscription” link, in the footer and in Settings, opens the billing portal where cancelling takes one click. Cancelling ends the renewal; access and credits already granted run to the end of the period already paid for.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw, without having to give a reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Because Frank is a digital service performed immediately, the payment page carries a mandatory checkbox: “I accept the terms of sale and request immediate performance of the service. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the ad is launched.” Until it is ticked, the payment cannot be completed. By ticking it you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal, under article L221-28 1° of the French consumer code. Your acceptance and its date are recorded with the payment reference.
9. Delivery
An ad is a 1080p video file without a watermark, delivered by email, produced by an automated session of about forty-five minutes. Credits are debited ON DELIVERY, not at launch: if a session produces no file, nothing is debited.
10. Ownership and responsibility for content
You own the ads produced for you and may exploit them commercially, including in paid advertising. You are responsible for the content Frank reads on your site and for the claims it contains: Frank quotes what it finds and verifies nothing on your behalf. Frank does not use your ads as examples without asking you.
11. Governing law and mediation
French law applies to these terms.
Under art. L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator below with a view to settling a dispute amicably, after first having tried to resolve it directly, in writing, with Frank.
